If you plan to return your completed materials via shipment to PRO-ED, you must use the FedEx label showing our new address of "1301 W. 25th Street, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78705-4248". Discard any old FedEx labels that have our old address on them. If you need new FedEx labels, please email testsites@proedinc.com.
